ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I'm a great fan of Western history and culture. Jim Bridger was very important in the settlement of the area in and around Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado. He deserved a spot in my work, so I created a portrait of the way he looked. I chose pen and ink because he was a fairly simple man, and this would be an apt way to depict him.
