Art for me is a lifestyle, in the name of my ever-expanding creativity, which happens both outwards and inwards. I began my expression in visual art when I lived in Brazil, after years of living only for music. At the beginning I only made collages, mainly of fabrics and found objects, on bark, wooden boards, etc. Then I started to combine painting with collage, from there the Collage and Painting series began. Back in Italy I deepened the technique of oil painting both in a visionary way and in the portraiture of people and animals. Over time my pictorial expression has become increasingly abstracted and various series have arisen, with different styles and techniques, all starting from my instinct and not rationally planned, and certainly not born from academic studies. Even the works I make are not rationally planned unless they are commissioned. I think we are all antennas that pick up signals and manifest them in this reality, this for me is the inspiration that manifests itself in creative expression. The latter sometimes changes its instrument to manifest itself, but the hand is always the same, it is always my energy that materializes in a work, of whatever nature it may be. In faces from the most realistic to the most abstract, I explore the complexity of human feelings and emotions, I think that each person is the sum of multiple aspects, up to those of the transfiguration series, where the features of the face, which represent the human identity , they disappear but you can still feel a presence behind the transfigured face, it is the soul of every person that is infinite and immortal.
