Olga Foenix is an artist whose creative journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. With an MA in Fine Art and Fashion, she has developed a rich portfolio that spans multiple mediums and artistic expressions. Her work has been showcased in both solo and group exhibitions in London and beyond, evolving through a fusion of fine art, fashion, and music. Having worked as a fashion designer in various creative environments, Olga’s versatility extends across multiple artistic realms, blending fashion design with visual arts. As the publicity officer for the Bromley Art Society, she also nurtures the arts community, further deepening her engagement with the creative world. In 2005, Olga took a bold step by relocating to the UK through the HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant Programme), which allowed her to redefine her career in the vibrant art, music, and fashion industries. From painting intricate glass window art in Earls Court shops to curating large-scale events at Scala, her creative spirit has never stopped evolving. Since 2010, Olga has made her home at Wimbledon Art Studios, where she continues to produce innovative works, pushing boundaries across different mediums. Her work is ever-evolving, with each project influenced by her multifaceted experience and curiosity. From the runway to music events, from textile framing to public art initiatives, Olga seamlessly blends her diverse skills, creating captivating works that resonate with a broad audience. “My work is an exploration of life in its rawest form,” says Olga. “Inspired by the rhythm of nature – walking along the seaside or wandering through forests – I capture the essence of a place. I draw on the energy of the moment, allowing my intuition and mixed materials to guide me. My paintings aren’t bound by time; they are a reflection of transformation, change, and the ever-evolving world around us.” Olga’s love for the works of her favourite artists, like M. Vrubel, fuels her creativity, and her paintings are filled with the same intensity and emotion that these artists inspired in her. Whether working with landscapes, figures, or abstract concepts, her use of texture, layers, and dynamic lines creates depth and movement, giving her pieces an almost tangible energy. Her artwork ranges from striking landscapes to emotive figures, each collection uniquely telling its own story.
