Christine Chamson is a french artist. She spent her former years in Montreal, Canada . She has been exhibiting her work on many solo and collective exhibitions, (Galerie Olivier Nouvellet, Paris , Galerie Michèle Broutta, Paris,…)and abroad (Mack Planck Institut für Radioastronomie, Bonn, Allemagne, Institut Français de Stockholm, Suède, Conseil National pour la Culture, les Arts et les Lettres, Koweït, La Chalcographie, Madrid, Espagne, Galleria d’ell incisione, Venise, Italie, Centre Culturel Albert Camus, Antananarivo, Madagascar…). Her work belongs to numerous private collections and also public ones (Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris, Musée Picasso d’Antibes, CEP(Centre d’Etudes Poétiques) Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Lyon, Artothèque du Lot). Poetry is a dominant theme in her artistic creation since many years (Ovide, Apulée, Rabelais, Orphée, Francis Ponge, Pascal Quignard, Michel Deguy). She is also very interested with natural Sciences and studied the human and also horse anatomy.
