Quan Yin, Angel of Mercy Drawing

During the 1980s, my great friend gave me a small figurine of the Goddess of Compassion, Quan Yin, which I treasure in her memory. In this drawing, the Goddess is depicted with a crown and wings of light as signs of her holiness. Since I have painted many images of angels and associated the compassion of Quan Yin with the compassion of angels, I have included this image in my deck of Angel Blessing Cards under the title of Angel of Mercy. This is the blessing that accompanies the Angel of Mercy: God´s love is without limit or condition, regardless of our mistakes and failings. You will be God´s beloved child every day of your life. Treat yourself with loving-kindness. May this serene image of the Goddess of Mercy bring peace to your home. Please note that this photograph has been cropped slightly. The drawing allows a margin of a quarter of an inch on the left side, a half inch on the right side, and one-eighth of an inch at the top and bottom between the image and the edges of the paper.
