ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I have been working at and making art of the iconic Sunset Blvd. hotel, The Chateau Marmont, for the past 11 years in ink, acrylic, watercolor, enamel, pencil, pastel and charcoal. This piece is a remake of one of my favorites from the original series in 2018, using pastel this time on sandpaper board. A beautiful moment as the Chateau Neon on Sunset Blvd glows in the tree above the garden cottages.
