The old Burmese Drawing

I present myself : Bérengère LABARTHE / Lab-Art french artist from South West of France. Very influenced by my childhood between France and Africa and by my trips around the world, I feel very close to African-Oceanian primitive art. After few exhibitions in France, I had followed my little girl’s dream, runs away with a circus and become an aerialist gymnast during 17 years. Meanwhile, i continue my artwork and get all the influences of my bohemian life. Now back to France after 10 years spent in US, I gets back to my sketches and drawings made during my worldwide trips to present these portraits come from four corners of the world. Mainly portraitist I mixe medias and add texture to my art for an unique look. Some of my artworks are already purchased by collectors across US, Germany, France and Sri-Lanka
