Manuel has been an artist in Los Angeles for over 40 years. He attended and taught at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena CA, and also taught at Otis Parsons. Manuel began his career in Commercial Art doing album covers, movie posters and point of purchase artwork. Some of the companies he worked for in Commercial Art include Pioneer, Redken and very early in his career began working in Fashion Illustration working for many of the large department stores including Robinsons, Nordstroms, May Company, Woodward and Lathrop and Buffums. In the 80's he was published by Davis Blue Artwork and in the early 90's he began a long career in Fine Art co publishing with Summit Publishing. Manuel's work has been shown and collected Nationally and Internationally.
