The drawing came to life in the deep listen to our eldest waters. In my meditative movement practice I listen to the eldest sounds and rhythm of our waters. The tiny almost forgotten tons set my body in motion. While I draw, I sing and I move. I feel and I receive. My fleeting movements become a solid form in patterns, dynamics and rhythm. Like an archive the water memorises everything that had been once here earth. The manifested forms and colours turn to sign codings that remember the many paths of humanity. In the contemplative practice of the deep listening, retell the cosmic relation that had been once here. It is a remembering of a harmonic and peaceful life form that is hold in the eldest waters. While we remember what had been here we retell the new that will be. This technic is used in ancient indigenous traditions like the Zen Arts to balance the element water and bring harmony to the people who look at the drawing while it is made. These traditional technics are teached in workshops to children to understand the manifold abilities that we have as humans to create balance and harmony through our artistic expressions in movement, drawing and dance.
