Carlo Gloria’s artistic research concentrates on the concept of Identity and is expressed through photography, painting and their synthesis utilising digital technologies. The artist engages in large public art commissions, in the urban regeneration of disused industrial areas, as well as in smaller private commissions in offices and homes. The artist is also a protagonist of his own art, such as the case of “Unit of measure”, a series of photographs that capture moments, situations and short stories. From 2016 under the pseudonym of Almost Carlo Gloria, the artist draws accurate ballpoint pen pictures on canvas.
