"There you go! Now paint" David LaChapelle told Leho De Sosa On Monday, September 24, after the "Encouragement of Creation" Forum held at Agadu in Montevideo, Leho showed LaChapelle his works from his exhibition "Teen Trans" from the cell phone. Immediately David ran into the room where the artist Stefan Meier was to show him the pictures excited, De Sosa told him that they were the works of art queer and David proposed to Leho to paint Meier as a Teen Trans boy. For that David LaChapelle organized a flash Happening, where he directed to Stefan, intervened the wardrobe and chose the set, so that Leho took a photograph right there, that would serve as inspiration for his next painting.

I explore painting, illustration, digital art, photography, video art, performance, and installations. My projects and works reflect my commitment to human rights, with a strong focus on the visibility of the LGBTQI+ community. I have been invited to participate in queer art festivals in Belfast, Madrid, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Lyon, and Paris. I am a co-founder of the collective L.A. Contracultural, and as a cultural manager and curator. In 2019, along with other professionals from Northern Ireland, Brazil, Argentina, and Jamaica, we created Outburst Américas.
