About The Artwork
Pencil and white paint on linden wood (3pieces) applied on wooden panel. The linden wood pieces (H 14cm W 11cm D 2cm p.p) are prepared with an old technique, namely, the technique of icons on wood . Here the surface is covered with layers of gesso (made with gypsum mixed with animal glue and worked into a thick paste, applied on textile).
