Matryoha was born and raised in Russia. She was always interested in drawing, and her career began in childhood from an art school. Then she enrolled in NATION ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS AND ARCHITEKTURE for graphic design. After graduation she worked as an illustrator. Currently, being the mother of three children, she realizes her creative potential with the help of painting and graphics. She was encouraged also by writing and illustrating a book for her eldest child. Now she spends every day in the workshop, depicting and capturing impressions that the environment gives her. For that impressions she left her city and went to live in nature with her family. Works in different techniques, likes to experiment with materials, but prefers acrylic, because believes that it has great potential for an artist. Some of her works are in private collections in Russia, Belarus and Serbia. Anything can be the object of art like society tendencies, animals, states of nature. But above all that's impressions of what is seen, playing with forms, dialog of spots. In search of compositions and refinement of details. Initially, works are created in the head figuratively, intuitively, under impression of something, and then I search for the composition and refine the details. Inspiration is taken from the art creation process. When you reproduce in memory what has been seen, heard or read. Also, I get inspired with many artists' approach to creation of works, their colors. It is important that your art touches a person, prompts his imagination to work, impresses him. I work in the style of contemporary art.
