About The Artwork
When I was making this drawing, I was guesting at my friends place back in Eindhoven where I used to study at Design Academy Eindhoven. I was in to Morphic Resonance theory at the time, proposed by Rupert Sheldrake. Because of that theory, I was trying to resonate with the information of the lifeforms residing under water. By resonating to the patterns, forms and shapes of existing organisms, I tried to depict those shapes on paper of A3 format with a fine liner held in my right hand. Lines coming together, forming outlines and filling up spaces creating a world of somethings I haven't seen before. This is the final result of such exploration and observation.
