There is upset in a village, and an old white women gets the blame! But, is it true? What is it this women can do to you, who, and to who? They plan? It is a plan created in an office environment! A village has become set Set To take set On An upset! They plan? Realising there is not a lot to what they have to do to get back at the upset, who only recently came to dwell! They plan! But, what is the truth about this so called old white woman Is she really white? Set in Social Housing An imaginary scene is created of fictional characters in the appearance of an office pool setting! Within social housing there is............thankfully...............opportunity given to the very vulnerable, disadvantaged, substance dependent who need to rebuild themselves after addiction, prison, anti-social behaviour, and stalkers! Who would not want such an opportunity of 'sorts' not to be available? Not me! I could see the good that could be to the benefit and good for all concerned! But, what about when it goes wrong? When that whole type of system goes wrong?# Opportunity of housing, and employment within the housing system is given! But, what about when it goes badly wrong? When the very opportunity give to rehabilitate Breaks open Giving rise and opportunity to opportunist to their power to further cause, and create misery, and hate? Addiction can be replaced by addiction! One content of addiction can change to another content! Drug addiction to other, or more behaviour addictions! The simple realisation of a person in the hood able to living without an addiction could trigger a jealous addictive reaction from another trying to rehabilitate from addiction. Creating an anti-social behaviour situation! An innocent who understands their difficult journey! Yet, as a result is set to become victimized by a culture within a structure of housing, and re-housing. Despite trying their hardest to hone the ability to live in, and amongst anyone! Peacefully! If only allowed! But, what about when it goes badly wrong? What about when there is an almost psychotic sense of the right of entitlement toward one, or more residents to persecute them? That is not to say the job of dealing with residents is easy, or even safe! To deal with high or a moderate scale of defiance on a day to day basis will try anyone's patience, understandably. Plus, some domestic living situations, and set ups can be at times the most dangerous, and violent places to live in, let alone work in! An important issue never to be forgotten! However, what about when there is a very real situation of 'the cat amongst the pigeons' ? Are staff adequately trained to cope? Can the staff ask to be specifically trained in the specific areas they face difficulty in? Are such resources available to staff to keep the safe within their jobs, least of all? Does Social - Housing in general have enough resources? If not.......why not? When the system does fails Affecting individuals Worst of all families Who are not 'as vulnerable' Who are not substance dependent Who do not have a prison record Who do not suffer from any kind of need to act anti-socially toward anybody, but who are themselves frequently subjected to anti-social behaviour! Leaking of their privacy, and maybe even the misuse of their private data Affected by all kinds of identity, and other frauds Covert, and without evidence break ins, to their home Who recognises these type of residents? Residents of social housing who economically cannot afford to live privately Who have also had challenging lives But have kept themselves together Or managed to pull themselves together, and out of a bad experience, way of life, and despite everything going wrong. Kept themselves together yet find themselves stuffed into a situation of social housing which negatively impacts their reputation because of the substance dependent, and other vulnerable type of people they are force to live next too. Which could further lead to threats to their children, job security, belongings, privacy, and much more, long term! Even, if, or when they get to transfer out of a failing, corrupt, or badly managed housing system! Should Social Housing Residents who have been put under such pressure have some kind of legal protection, or recourse? Or is this just one of those things in life anyone would be wise to budget for, despite not having the kind of budget which will allow them to budget for such losses? Is it fair that substance dependents etc, and those who commit regular anti-social behaviour acts, not just in the nieghbourhood environment, but carry on outside of the neighbourhood district, to taunt, threaten, and pursue residents at work, gate crashing residents social occasions, disturbing their inner circle of friends, and family for disruption - should such individuals just be allowed to rehabilitate without taking responsibility for the 'cost' of their actions toward others? Should a line be drawn? If so, where should it be drawn? Is it a time to turn the table of positive discrimination and re-categorize how housing is allocated? Should residents be able to request they not be placed to live beside someone who had offended, possible raped, and committed other serious crimes? Should prospective resident be able to request to not be housed in a area of high drug addiction? Should a residents who have experienced stalking, and other anti-social behaviour events be allowed to ask for screening of a potential property, and neighbourhood so as to be able to not live in such an ongoing experience? How would change the effect of social housing? Does segregation appear necessary? The likelihood of your job, and housing situation not being affected once you know you are being stalked is incredibly slim, if not none existent! But, what about when the script is flipped? No failure of corruption in the housing system! But, trouble is caused by who you once worked for? Or who your family is? Or who you once went to nursery, school, church, or college with? Do you know what is the significance, or connection between the banging of sticks, a drill, and attempts at intimidation might be? Whilst you may live peaceful without the intention to cause trouble to anybody. Who you worked for? A substance dependence, or prison conviction in relation to who you worked for. Whose influence, and reputation you may not be aware of causes mayhem, and sparks the set up a system of corruption which then snags you into what somebody else can 'officially' do? Then, there is no wander the neighbourhood hates you. But, there is nothing you can do as it is all done as a power greater than you! Who, nobody will see fit to tell you what is what, who is who. Because this is all secretly done around you! Fingers point at you. Though, it is not about you. Yet, completely, and utterly affects, and negatively impacts on you?
