ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In this period of Quarantine I have been focusing on my work and have been working many hours a day. I have started a series of A2 drawings. I am trying out Ergo Pro Markers and loving the quality of colour and mark. I hope with all my work that they show the passage of time involved and the thousands of decisions made. I use contemporary pens and markers as they are very 'now' and continue my journey through pattern.

I am an abstract artist, who moved to St. Ives Cornwall in 2010. Member of St Ives Society of Artists. The main body of my work is abstract drawing using small marks to build the image. I set out rules at the start of each piece and follow until it is finished. I work mainly on paper and on 'found' or recycled wood and many other materials. I also remix promotional art booklets and flyers. I am also an electronic musician.
