I'm an artist from Moscow. I was born in artists family and painted since childhood. I graduated from Moscow Textile University as fashion designer. I also had the opportunity to take courses at European and Japanese universities. I made creative projects in the field of fashion design and participated in exhibitions with fashion installations. Now I work as a designer. I always painted a lot of ink drawings, so black and white graphic is my favorite technique. A few years ago, I began to draw illustrations that were not related to my main profession. Three years ago, I became interested in sailing. The sea become an incredible inspiration for me. My graphics are dedicated to him to a great extent. I do not cease to be surprised by the energy and diversity of this element. I really like to catch the frozen moments of ever-changing water. I would like as many people as possible to be able to admire these moments in my work. I have always been attracted to the works of Japanese engravers such as Hokusai and Utamaro. I like the decorum and complexity of their work attention to detail and perfect proportions and lines. I usually paint with ink and liners on small paper formats. My technique is quite labor-intensive, but I like the graphic style that it gives. In my works, I try to combine the canons of Japanese engravings and tattoo to combine several graphic techniques in one work.
