Cityescape Drawing

Inspired by Canadian culture, nature, and wildlife, Shannon Owings' produces gorgeous modern works using colored pencils and ink pens. She creates animals that pay homage to nature's silences. There is a beautiful balance between contemporary and modern, with bright colors and geometric designs. Both original drawings and open ended prints of her works are available. Shannon is currently working on a new series, one that will have limited edition prints released upon its completion. All original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity. Shannon Owings also sees beauty the simplicity of black and white ink drawings. Using dip pens and Indian ink, Shannon produce a range of subjects in a beautiful, minimalist style. These subjects can range from steampunk, to flowers, to post apocalyptic city scenes, and back again.
