Ekaterina was born in Elets, Russia. Lives and works in Moscow, Russia. Works in realistic traditions with a combination of brightly expressed impressionism influence. MEMBERSHIP IN ARTIST UNIONS: since 2016 member of the International Art Fund since 2017 member of the Professional Union of Artists since 2018 member of the TO "New Peredvijniki" since 2020 member of the Eurasian Art Union since 2020 Circle Foundation Juried Affiliate Artist since 2021 member of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts since 2021 member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia since 2022 member of the Moscow Union of Artists More than 70 exhibitions over the past 5 years (in Russia, France, Montenegro, USA, Luxembourg, UAE). The works are in private collections in Russia, England, Canada, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova, the Republic of Maldives, as well as in Moscow churches: the Church of the Great Martyr Irina in Intercession and the Church of St. Vladimir the Equal-to-the-Apostles in the old gardens. She takes an active part in the organization of art projects and competitions. In her work, she is guided by the traditions of the realistic school of painting. She devotes most of her creative life to plein-air activities, both independently and as part of creative groups. The motto of the author is: "Painting, in my opinion, is akin to dance: you just need to hear your music and let it immerse you in a maelstrom of brush strokes, shadows, strict lines and balanced steps in the composition, bold colors and soft glaze."
