About The Artwork

Basis In our world we find two archetypes, the technocrat and the romanticist. If both were to fly in the same jet, the technocrat would surely enjoy visiting the cockpit to learn how the jet operates from the technical perspective, whereas the romanticist would gaze at the vistas. Nazis were technocrats influenced by the industrial revolution – man and machine. Balance between two extremes requires paving a ‘golden path’ – just as straightening a bent iron rod requires bending it in the opposite direction . Example: children born with tendency to miserliness need to move towards becoming spendthrifts in order to find that ‘golden path’ which creates the balance between these two extremes – for truth is in the middle. In this presentation, “Dynamic Campaign – Draw me a path to Hope to override the swastika” we provide attendees the tools (paintbrush and each one’s personal color) to balance technical reality’s cold patronizing by creating a romantic line over the mechanical swastika – we pave the “golden path” on our way to shared hope. If some organizer wants to arrange the Dynamic Campaign anywhere in the world they can contact me and we can coordinate on it.

At the age of 22, she left her infant daughter Maya, who has yet to be found, and charged with inconceivable courage, reentered the besieged ghetto to join forces with others rebelling against the Nazis. With them, she fought for the sake of that existential human need, Hope.
