Art Description

Installation: Paper, Kinetic, Found Objects on Paper, Steel.

"There is no path to happiness: happiness is the path".
Gautama Buddha

This is a light-weight wire-strung mobile holding paper beads I made from glossy magazine pages, found materials such as beads and buttons from wood, metal, plastic and glass. Handmade paper beads are sealed with a matte acrylic sealer - they are sturdy and durable.

I was thinking of life, how it takes unexpected twists and turns, sometimes makes you travel full circles only to get to the same destination, and there is no right or wrong path for any of us. Any passage through life is fully relevant and can be fun, if accepted and enjoyed in the moment. Any life passage is precious.

This mobile can be hung from any angle, either vertically or horizontally. It can also be hung on the wall, by using one or several anchors, to create one's own unique installation. You are a creator of your own life: have fun with it.

This mobile will be shipped securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam board, inside a multi-layer cardboard box.
