Ballerina Bounce Installation by Liz Savedes

Installation: Metal, Found Objects, Paper, Household on Bronze, Cardboard, Paper.

"Ballerina Bounce" is an assemblage of springs and other three dimensional metal objects. She was created by playing with the springs until they danced into position.
The artwork is inspired by Martial Raysse who made boxes filled with unusual objects.
I imagine "Ballerina Bounce" placed on top of a stack of coffee table books or leaned up against a wall on a small table. The boxes can also be encased in acrylic and hung on the wall.
