ABOUT THE ARTWORK
As a young artist, I drew animated characters on paper until I discovered felting with wool. It has become my primary passion. I chose to create a series of mermaids on the beach since I live and work near the beach. My art is made for kids and those young at heart.

Her subject matter is inspired by nature and animation: birds, flowers and caricatures are her favorite forms. With a background as a graphic designer and Illustrator, and after 20+ years of designing, she discovered needle felting has become her primary passion.
