"Indy" is a favorite. Fitting almost any space and creating a unique beauty all its own. Can be hung vertically or horizontal, make it your own. Beautiful in an entry way, or any corner above a lamp. It catches natural light all day and glistens deeply at night. I create pieces to capture & radiate light, this one is unsurpassed in the ability to do that. An interactive magnetic system of components come together to create a character or futuristic matrix. Artistic assemblage & construction technique is utilized to create unique, individually crafted magnetic emblems. These emblems are made with mixed materials of foam, brushed metals, plastics and more. The purpose of my work is to invoke a vision of a futuristic world that invites you to take part. I like to include many geometric features, clean lines, and a neutral pleasing palette rich in metallics with high reflectivity. When the viewer encounters my work, I want them to see my inspirations of industrial architecture, digital technology, futuristic battle armor tempered with timeless style. The interactive nature of this piece allows each individual magnetic component to be placed anywhere on the frame to create a variety of looks.
