About The Artwork
Transduction is the conversion of one kind of signal or energy into another of a different nature. This work speaks to that effect by the memory of a space, an image that transcends a line of events that become short periods of time, to memories of a minimum of another suggestive image not visible in the instant space visible in the future by the same process of transformation and disruption suffered in the plane time. Memory is a hidden images ranging cumulus fluctuating in a space not determined. They are making allusions to certain fragments of time-space as other images present at the event and encourage those others succeeded lived in a location as determined as this time. From this work uses a still image, the window as a suggestive for a universe of situations and rote variants in this case lead to a possibility of this base. Time point arises as a phenomenon marked by shifting rhythms and elongated space, are short sequences fixed so loud on the image: the beating a clock in its elongation is establishing the look on the surface to ride on their perceptual allusions to generate a small figure, a movement already lived in another instant, small visual stimuli denoting to move the viewer to another level, to another medium. The work wants to generate a question about the perception of space. It uses the installed video as a way to challenge the viewer in these notions. The window shape, alluding to a vain inside a house arises. This is to speak of a behind the window that does not exist, only suggests a rate of game concepts presented above. It's out through a curtain of light (the hammered glass) denoting something behind, inviting the gaze action. Taking advantage of this is that the transformation to a different plane, to another location in the memory transduced ends.

Between The Past and Present 8 years ago I have had a deep interest in analyzing some spaces and intimate situations I've seen this with the participation of some family and close friends to my loved ones . That concern is linked to a process of recollection and reconstruction through the feelings that could eventually produce the memory of a space, in some ways, certain colors and the light covering , as the phenomenon that modifies atmospheres produced in those everyday situations that make those memories . Interested attract productions in situations where I try to rebuild , recreating the conditions of light and space that instinctively I remember seeing at the time. My goal is to create readings unconscious sensations and feelings produced from some details that emerge from the exercise of remembering a situation. Many of these details are present in the colors , the lights with different temperatures and backgrounds, some gestures of the characters and the presence of some items that were in the same place, which are placed in a scene that is updated as the exercise of memory within the space photographed . The process of creating my work covers the design, installation , post-production of the staging and installation in a particular space images and constructed objects . These processes address both finding objects and spaces still present , as the development and reinvention of some that no longer exist . Always I turn to techniques where the sculptural and pictorial team up to recreate an object or modify its scale . The process of capturing the scenes try to be consistent with an act of displacement of the joint look at the camera lens , taking in the scenes details on the post-production process end forming a single image or video, between 10 to 40 armed different runs. Also the images I present are put or opposing some significant objects installed in the space generate different readings between walking or interact with what is presented in the images.
