9/11 september 2001 so affected me that almost immediately created this work of art that first appeared at Pass gallery in Washington D.C.
That day, before the censors took out all images of people falling to their death. I knew instantly that a painting or work was imminent.
That day I saw clouds of papers descending to the earth from the struck Tower and I realised as the implication that it was indeed a terrorist attack became clear that those clouds of paper surly had among them the destroyed pages of a bible or some other religious books and artifacts. In that moment the work of art was complete,
fire consumed holy books. critics at the opening asked If I was the most Dangerous artist in the world but that would be Ai Weiwei according to the Smithsonian.
