Danielle hails from Austin Texas where she continued developing her passion and artistic creativity. Her creations give voice to the silent woman. Behind each of them, there is a story. And whoever acquires my art, acquires the story behind it. In today's world where hardships and adversity are unexpected, unavoidable, linger for years, and continue to present new challenges for individuals and organizations, people are pushed to internalize their emotions and oppression. That internalization impacts their well-being, overall quality of life, and opportunities at multiple levels (social, emotional, physical, academic, and more.) A women-owned social impact art brand, My work supports and empowers victims of violence while contributing to the culture and dialogue development & investing part of the revenue in programs and partnerships with organizations supporting our cause. "Through my creations, I give a voice to those women, men, and youth who have been or are going through some tough times, whether it's the loss of a parent, the loss of a child, betrayal from close ones, domestic violence, no support, or a nasty divorce, and for one reason or another, they can’t not only share what they go through, but they also can’t figure out how to unstuck themselves." Danielle’s creativity is not limited to creating amazing works of art, she is also a book writer, a content creator, a passionate of versatile fashion, and she loves to share all of that with others. In 2022, Danielle received a commission from LinkedIn for the Afrotech 2022 event. In 2021, Danielle received a grant from the Black Art Matters Organization for a textile art project. She also won the Talent Awards for the "color" competition by Art Show International Gallery. Danielle has exhibited at multiple shows and galleries in the US and abroad including the 500x Gallery, the Contemporary Art Gallery, the Trolley Barn Gallery, the Art Show International Gallery, and the Biafarin Gallery. Her work has been reviewed and selected for the Red Dot Art Spree in 2021 and 2024 by the Women and Their Work organization in Austin, TX. Danielle's work has also been featured in the Artistonish Magazine and the Colorium Publication by the Biafarin Gallery.
