Tahn was born in South Korea in 1967. He is Ph.D. Cand. Media contents. He graduated from Chungnam National University in Korea, global media contents department of graduate school. And also majored in Psychology and Modern dance in Korea, Interactive Multimedia in USA. He is a concurrent professor in the liberal arts and contemporary arts in Seowon University and a Chairman of United art education association in Korea. Also a lecturer in the department of sculputre and art in Chungbuk National University. Up till now, Tahn has exhibited at numerous group and solo exhibitions in Seoul, Daegu, Rome, Uzes, Lisboa, New York. Tahn is well known as a media artist, a technologist, a writer, an art educator and a global cultural content planner in Korea. He is the author of the book 'the prescription from the Museum of art'.
