Artwork of Miko Resinpainting:
Digitally manipulated illustrations printed on high-quality professional Fuji Crystal DP II photo paper and permanently glued to a 3 mm. Aluminum Dibond base plate. Then, in a dust-free clean room, liquid, water-resistant special composite resin up to 2 mm thick is poured in thin layers over the laminated work of art. The composite resin encloses and encloses the artwork, creating an ultra-transparent and brilliant finish for a crystal-clear image of the artwork. This applied technique also ensures that the colors appear more intense, sharper and deeper, creating an exclusively warm appearance.

Every Miko Resinpainting is unique and recognizable by its own style. The signature and year is sealed under the composite resin. Is always manufactured in the size 80x80cm. Set up from the center and available exclusively as a 1/1 piece of art. To prevent plagiarism, the work of art is signed by hand on the back after sale and the title and year are stated.

The authenticity and uniqueness of each Miko Resinpainting is guaranteed and confirmed by the attached Saatchi Art Certificate of Authenticity. The Saatchi certificate of authenticity states all important data: the authenticity, an image of the artwork, the title, the date and the signature. The artwork and the Saatchi certificate are inextricably linked.

If you, as a collector, are looking for an artist with a recognizable modern style, make challenging work and are a valuable investment in the future, especially in the New Media Art, I can heartily recommend my art to you.

About The Artwork

Miko (Miechel Kockelkoren) I was born in 1953 and grew up in Mechelen, South Limburg in the Netherlands. In the 1980s I made artworks with acrylic and India ink. These were mainly nature and landscape works in South Limburg. After that, my busy graphic job kept my artistic expressions quiet for a long time, until 2012. I am a self-taught artist and was inspired by Victor Vasarely. In 2012 I started experimenting with Digital New Media on the computer. In 2013 I completed my first digital paintings. My abstract digital paintings are the result of a combination of manual sketching, photographic and digital techniques. With my versatile creativity and my sense of color and image, I have found my own individual creative expression when making digital paintings. I use the latest technology to physically manufacture the digital artworks in an extreme definition. The artwork is printed on high-quality professional Fuji Crystal DP II photo paper and permanently glued to a 3 mm. Aluminum Dibond base plate. Then, in a dust-free workshop, liquid water-clear Epoxy Clear Coating, with a crystal-clear glossy look, is made up to 2 to 3 mm. thick in thin layers over the laminated artwork. The resin flows to the edge of the image where it hardens and where it forms the rounded edge that is typical of this special Epoxy Clear Coating technique. The Epoxy Clear Coating envelops and seals the artwork, creating an ultra-transparent, brilliant finish for a crystal-clear view of the artwork. Due to this applied technique, the colors are also more intense, sharper and deeper, creating an exclusive warm appearance.
