Inspired by the central sculpture of the British Museum pediment, this allegorical figure depicts Civilisation and Science, symbolised by the Spear and Globe held in each hand and the Crown worn by her. This painting is part of an ongoing series. (See Principles Collection for other artworks in this series) This artwork was created on Procreate using authentic oil painting brushstrokes.
