About The Artwork
The original artwork is a painting of a "Colin Archer" Sailing Race from Larvik in Norway. I grew up in Larvik where the constructor of the sailing boat Colin Archer lived and worked 100 years ago. The Colin Archer Sailing Boat had such a good construction so it was used as a Rescue boat a 100 years back along the coast of Norway from the South to the North Cap. Today many of the boats still exist as yachts. I took photos of the original and has transformed the photo in the program Photoshop. Coulors and forms has been worked with, so today it's a D.G.A., that means a Digital Graphic Art.
