Graffiti lover - Limited Edition 1 of 1 Artwork

I photographed a wall of graffiti and transferred the digital print to stretched canvas. I painted a young model onto the digital print in a hurried style reminiscent of adding my own graffiti to the wall. In places I have allowed the graffiti to seep through the painted surface to unify the finished painting. Graffiti tends to acknowledge every human feeling dashed off in a personal impulse. I have impulsively copied this feeling here together with a sense of bill posting which tends to go hand in hand with graffiti - the digital print is my posted bill to the canvas wall, which in a spat of frustration I have defaced with my painting of the model, her shirt defiantly open to reveal the truth beneath.
