These images were elements, background tests and ideas for different series and compositions. I quite like the simplicity of some of these so I am now releasing selected artworks as editions in their own right. I was very aware while creating these artworks that there was a sort of surreal alien landscape appearing from the combinations of shapes, patterns and juxtaposition of elements. I actively encouraged the shapes to 'move' within the composition ie the shapes interact differently according to how viewer wishes to see them. Hopefully, giving the viewer a different perspective at each viewing. **NB The Large Edition paper size is approx 59x67cms (23.4 x 26.5 inches) - the paper can be cut down as needed.
