The 1960’s hippie counterculture movement involved a variety of social concerns and beliefs. The hippies’ primary tenet was that life was about being happy, not about what others thought you should be.Hippies believed the dominant mainstream culture was corrupt and inherently flawed and sought to replace it with a Utopian society. Hippies opposed nuclear weapons and the Vietnam War and embraced aspects of eastern philosophy and sought to find new meaning in life. They also promoted the use of psychedelic drugs to expand their consciousness. The Brotherhood of Eternal Love - a spiritual group of surfers and hippies in California, became the largest suppliers of LSD during the 60's and 70's.Their most famous product was an orange-barrelled pill dubbed "Orange Sunshine," and among its disciples were John Lennon as well as a young Steve Jobs. It is possible that ALD-52 was the active chemical in the Orange Sunshine variety of LSD that was widely available in California through 1968 and 1969. http://www.orangesunshinemovie.com/

Dex Luthor, has been Enjoying & Creating Visionary Art & Electronic Music since the 90's. An avid explorer of consciousness, Dex Luthor uses the medium of art and of music to try and bring back a small piece of the picture and contribute it to the building of a new paradigm in the understanding of our own reality. The late Bill Hicks, probably said it best: ‘Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. We are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves,' Bill Hicks (1961–1994). www.DexLuthor.com https://www.instagram.com/dexluthor_london To find out more about the Electronic Music of Dex Luthor visit: https://soundcloud.com/user-car-warming-party
