About The Artwork

OVERHERD was initially inspired by a herd of cows and a steer I saw driving through the farm country within a mile or two from where I live. There was a single cow in the peripheral area of the herd who seemed to be eaves dropping on whatever the animals might have been thinking about or communicating to each other. I could hardly wait until I got back home to my studio to create my version of what I saw. I feel art collectors who like to have unusual but well designed and colorful rural art settings hanging in their home or office would appreciate a piece like this. This art image is 30 wide and 30", comes with a 3” white border around all four sides, and is "weighted" slightly at the bottom. This art was selected as an example of my work by Artists Magazine as they named me one of the “10 Best Artists Over 60 in America” in their April 2019 issue. OVERHERD is a signed and certified Limited Museum Edition 1 of 12 Giclee’ prints on high quality heavy white archival art paper created using new media digital art techniques.
