About the label owner and designer / artist: Growing up in the Silicon Valley in California he went to UC Berkeley and graduated with an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degree. However, whenever he had a day or some time off, he would get in his car and drive over the Bay Bridge to San Francisco and go store by store to see all the latest fashion trends. He was also no stranger to all the clothing shops on Telegraph Ave. During his university years he had seven different jobs programming computers. Later he moved to Israel and worked at a hi-tech company for seven years as a computer programmer. Once, he was even invited to Bill Gates's house for dinner (as all Microsoft interns are, and he was one). However, he always had a passion for fashion and music and as soon as he managed to save up enough money from hi-tech, he quit his job and started pursuing his passions. He went to music school for music and for fashion, he just started making the clothes he wanted but could not find. Today, he owns well over 400 pairs of shoes, over 100 jackets and coats, a large collection of Adidas hoodies and jackets both new and vintage, many many tee shirts and button down shirts of various kinds new and vintage and many many vintage and primitive and contemporary accessories. These items include lots of Bønes and Balløøns products that he wears often. Recently he managed to meet Iris Apfel, the elderly in body but young at heart NYC fashion icon. Upon seeing the Bønes and Balløøns tunic he was wearing, Iris proclaimed "that's beautiful!". He couldn't be more pleased seeing as he admires her sense of fashion very much. He also had two bands, a House music duo and a Synthpop band and now makes contemporary (usually Future Bass) electronic music remixes and has even recently won a remix competition (for him, fashion and music go together – they both are ways to create beauty and inspire)!
