London is one of the wealthiest cities in the world, it is the economic powerhouse keeps Britain in the G7. But London also has the highest rate of homelessness in Western Europe, with one in every 59 people homeless in the capital. If you were to judge our society by the manner in which we treat those that are the weakest and most vulnerable, those lost in the streets of London, we would have cause to be shamed. Our homeless Londoners, those who have fallen through the cracks of our society. Those that command the least of our attentions our efforts or compassion. To the extent that our government is made aware of their existence, it responds by trying to mitigate the damage done by their mere presence. They open a food bank here, a shelter there, they try to move them away from the West End, away from our communal areas, away from our schools and away from our homes… But instead of turning a blind eye to the pandemic of homelessness, should we not at least try to aspire to a vision of the future, where every person is treated with kindness and an understanding of their needs?

Dex Luthor, has been Enjoying & Creating Visionary Art & Electronic Music since the 90's. An avid explorer of consciousness, Dex Luthor uses the medium of art and of music to try and bring back a small piece of the picture and contribute it to the building of a new paradigm in the understanding of our own reality. The late Bill Hicks, probably said it best: ‘Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. We are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves,' Bill Hicks (1961–1994). www.DexLuthor.com https://www.instagram.com/dexluthor_london To find out more about the Electronic Music of Dex Luthor visit: https://soundcloud.com/user-car-warming-party
