Vanilla Eye-Scream (CMYK) Artwork

This image is about a word game in a visual context: vanilla (standard), eye, scream (lips) suggesting Vanilla Ice Cream (yellow). This image is part of my Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black (CMYK) visual exploration project. CMYK are the ink colors used by printers. The intent of the image is to be printed. The bigger project is called "Digital.Analog.Digital.Analog" (DADA) and it's my "dada" message to photography world. For more than 10 years I've been a portrait photographer. I've learn many camera and Photoshop techniques but in the end I find that we don't appreciate the "portrait" as we used to. All portraits from today tend to look the same - over Photoshoped. I gave up photography in order to explore new ways of expressing my self. I'm using eyes, lips and other body parts from my collection of over 40000 portraits I've shot digitally and analog to create new art. I'm exploring the digital and analog transformation of the images.
