About The Artwork
METAMORPHICA & The Danse Macabre is an ongoing project from London based artist, Paul Kingsley Squire. Drawing inspiration from mythology and symbolism, these animal headed hybrids and dead beat fashionistas mix humans with paganistic totemism and skeletal decadence, resulting in a highly stylised ultra modern icon. A framework is digitally drawn in exquisite detail and then meticulously coloured, to create the finished artwork. The completed pieces are each available as acrylic and aluminium mounted prints, or archival Giclée prints which can be traditionally framed. LIMITED TO 24 prints per size Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag® 308 gsm Matt FineArt paper – a white, 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture – guarantees archival standards.
