About The Artwork

This pain is due to my strong resistance to objective results, and the root cause of resistance is my deep insistence on physical freedom and original plans. All composite things are ephemeral. The result of disturbing emotions is pain.Don't think about the immutable fact and pretend that nothing happened. This way can delay the occurrence of pain, but when you look up again, the unchangeable fact still stands and you face the choice again: resistance or acceptance. And "acceptance", as Carnegie wrote in his book "Human Weakness", is "to bear the inevitable lightly, just as willows bear the wind and rain, water accepts all containers, we also have to bear all the facts."This is total acceptance. As the famous saying goes, "Change what you can change, accept what you can't change".

I was born in China in 1982. Currently living in Spain(2021). I studied in the Academy of Art & Design of Tsinghua University. After graduation(2005), I worked as a design assistant in a design group and later taught in a high school. During the teaching period, I was inspired to pick up the brush for the first time. June 14, 2009 Debut was inspired and affirmed by a letter from Charles Saatchi. In 2014, i was discovered by Rebecca Wilson, chief curator and art development director of the American art platform "Saatchiart". More than 100 works have been widely collected by collectors in the United States, Taiwan, Germany, Spain, Greece, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, Portugal, Nigeria, and Brazil. "...Her portraits possess an innate sense of loneliness and anxiety, and are reminiscent of Francis Bacon’s paintings. She deliberately blurs out the faces of her subjects and makes it difficult to discern any identifiable features. Her energetic and highly impastoed brush strokes and rich color palette of vibrant blues, ochres, greens, and pinks illuminate her canvases and beg the viewer to linger. " ——Kat Henning (Curator of Saatchi Art) The main themes I pursue include conflicts in life, confrontations with strange shapes in the social environment, and the contradictions behind reality. I have drawn a series of portrait themes, including my lover, friend, my mother, animal, model, student or myself.
