50 Talant (Talents) part 2 Artwork

This painting is part of a larger project called «Bank of World Culture, Talents - money of art». This project consists of the complete set of 12 banknotes from both sides. in total 24 prints in full collection. This project offers a glimpse at the very foundations of modern civilization and return them to the original meaning that can unite us. The artist presents a world in which money circulates in the economy, becemes is not a tool of power and subjugation of other people, and the way cultural heritage is a strange substance, which has been and remains the raison d'etre of our civilization since as people became aware of themselves as something more than the body, having desires. Because culture develops from human desires, which is never satisfied — because of the desire to know and to create. The Konstantin Kalendaroffs project strangely tells us, there are values that are not converted into pictures. The oddity of this statement is that the artist tells us about it in the language of money, that is the language that has become international.
