Banana # 2 is derived from the great works that make up the sub series of "A Dangerous Monkey", called "A Dangerous Art".

These are works in which I start to deconstruct this figure present in practically all my last works in the series mentioned above.

It is a light, timeless painting, which is certainly of great value for any art collector, even more being the number 1.

This one was particularly chosen participate in an important charity auction here in Brazil, alongside some of the greatest Brazilian artists.
This auction is organized by Artesol, and will help raise funds for several Brazilian artisans who, like so many other artistic professions, were hit hard by the pandemic.

I am very grateful to be able to collaborate with actions like this.
