About The Artwork
This painting is from the 20 of August in 2015. This day is celebrated as the day of Restoration of Independence in Estonia. It was a sunny, warm and wonderful summer day. Three artists met on the island Saaremaa, in the village called Paatsa. We desided to celebrate that day with painting together. The inspiration was the vibe of the conversation, the warmth of the sun, the coldness of the Baltic sea and the naive whish the summer to last forever. I wanted to capture the good emotions of that wonderful day! Actually there are even some ,,objects,, from that day. On the right there is a fly who landed on my wet painting and I desided to keep him as he so badly loved art :) On the sandy beach below I used some earth and black pepper from the picnic table. It turned out a little bit weird but I love the painting - its so positive, funny and lively! I hope the painting will bring positive emotions and good memories alive. So when you see it it will remind you of your special wonderful day. And the good memory will lighten up your day! I used acrylic and ,,found objects,, and let my inspiration do the rest. The painting as 99% of the rest of my art is on the wooden frame canvas. And I love to continue the paintings on the sides so it does not need a frame. It is ready to hang on the wall by the wooden frame.

As long as I can remember I have been drawing, painting or creating something. I do not have a certain style or theme because I do not like to put myself into frames. My paintings form if I start to paint. All my paintings and designs carry messages. I like to create things that make people happy. That make people smile. If we smile we can make the world a better place!
