«A spirit of nature» (Oil Painting, 18/24 inches) Neurosis. Neurosis refers to psychosomatic disorders, when the internal mental constructs cause bodily dysfunctions. The basis of neurosis is a psychological conflict. A psychological or an intrapersonal conflict implies the existence of two opposing systems of thought regarding one object, situation or concept. Most often, the conflict occurs between a true uniqueness, a spirit and the social thoughts which were blindly accepted by a person, without any analyzing or comparing with its own nature. Examples: 1. A social thought: "All people are worthy of respect." A man accepts this idea, but the people around him treat him without respect by humiliating and trying to manipulate him. The spiritual nature of the man responds with aggression, but he will suppress the aggression and not analyze it. Aggression, in turn, carries the message, which is very important for the personality: "Everyone deserves an individual approach. If you respect those who are not worthy of respect, who do not appreciate the respect, than you're blind. Change your tune (setting) "all people are worthy of respect" and stop interacting with people whose values are completely different from yours. " That's what the aggression could tell the man if he gave more attention to it. 2. A woman tries to suppress aggression. She is annoyed by people who do not behave in a manner she would like. She clearly understands that the aggression is not her natural reaction to the situation, but she just can't control it. A woman has a number of social settings (thoughts): "No man is an island. We are all connected. If you're going to behave incorrectly - we will all die. I do not feel protected when I'm not a part of a group. I'm afraid to be alone and stay with myself, because I am not interested in myself anymore. I do not see myself as a living being. I lost autonomy, so I want to be surrounded by other people and force them to behave predictably, because I want to feel save and have a psychological foundation (basis, support)". Using these social opinions a woman suppresses her own spiritual understandings (comprehensions): "The true foundation is only in your own source. You can be an autonomous star, or you can be an addicted social vampire. Everyone has the right of self-expression and an implementation of its natural spiritual uniqueness. Even a rejection of your own source is a right of a person, because your life belongs only to you. It is your responsibility, your choice and your destiny". Such internal conflicts between a spirit and accepted wrong social attitudes lead to "short circuit" in the nervous system . The nervous system begins "to spark" and depletes (exhausts) its own chemical resources*. This leads to an overall (general) overvoltage (stress) of the nervous system and overall (general) physical and emotional fatigue. A psyche has a projection on the human body. Think about food, and your body starts to produce saliva and gastric juice. Think about sex - different tissues and organs begin to work. A conflict also has reflections in a specific area of the body and in organs. Internal conflict causes a spasm of blood vessels through the nervous system. Vasoconstriction causes problems with blood transmission. Blood contains oxygen and other essential nutrients for body cells and tissues . The outflow of toxins and waste products of cells is also then not enough (broken, difficult because of the vasoconstriction). The result is local inflammation of body tissues. These kinds of areas have reduced immunity, so it is the basis for the occurrence of various diseases, including cancer. Neurotic pain of the heart, throat, headaches, etc. indicate the place of the projection of mental conflict. Therefore it is very important to hear yourself, understand your own emotions, understand their messages, and to be able to quickly unlock neurosis. People crave the highest manifestations of the spirit, but if their own spirit raises their vibrations to new levels, people who do not have the ability to unlock and read themselves quickly will die from strokes or heart attacks.
