ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Calming, muted colors present as a stormy piece of abstract art. Brushes, rags, rollers, fingers and palette knives were used on this one. I wanted to give a feeling of intense movement, but with a subdued palette. Pale blues and muted greens combine with gray, black and white to bring this mood piece together. Another effort to move away from my standard work, and in this case, I succeeded to a small degree. The painting is acrylic on canvas, mounted to a board. Walnut color wood float frame and hanging hardware is included. Signed on the front or back, your choice.
