About The Artwork
Amenity Senri was the name of the place where we lived in Osaka Japan. A short walk from there we could walk in bamboo forests and visit shrines. Coffee shops are every where, so I decided to use coffee in my painting. Also, since I practised Sumi e painting there, it seemed natural to incorporate it in this piece. My hope is you will feel the peace and serenity I experienced there.
