Art Description

Painting: photo transfer, Oil, Acrylic and Gesso on Canvas.

I try to underline the fact that women sometimes need to stay ananymous and leave their identity behind. The woman figure was repeated in the painting for this purpose. The best way was to use photo transfer in order to show the very same woman figure in these three instances. The phrases from/ related to Virginia Woolf were used because she wrote very clearly and successfully about this topic.
