Finnish–Japanese artist based in Copenhagen, creating minimalist expressionist portraits that explore human emotion through quiet, powerful simplicity. I am a self-taught fine artist, born in Lahti Finland. I paint portraits and human figures, focusing on themes that explore the many layers of the human condition. My work is characterized by clear lines, simple forms, and emotional depth. I primarily work with acrylics on canvas, and my style leans toward expressionism—driven by instinct, emotion, and storytelling. Fashion, art photography, and everyday life are key influences in my creative process. I often find inspiration in the people I see on metros, trains, and city streets. Everyone carries a story, and these unspoken narratives are what I aim to capture in my paintings. My first solo exhibition, "DREAMS," was held at Café Retro in Copenhagen. My second, "BEHIND THE SCENES," took place at Steel House and focused even more on the hidden layers and imagined realities within my work. Viewers often tell me they discover stories in my paintings. That is what art is for me—a language that goes beyond words, stirs the imagination, and makes us feel connected. Art is my way of speaking, and it is my favorite language.
