About The Artwork

This mixed media artwork is done with Spray Paint, watercolor pencils, soft pastels and Fluid Acryl Paint. It is 30x40 cm/11,81x15,75 in on cardboard (canvas). Chagall is hoovering above his house (where he lived with his family in Vitebsk). Inspired by Marc Chagall‘s happiest time with Bella, his first wife, the spray painting is full of dreamy baby pink, blue and yellow. Happiness for Chagall was love and the possibility to paint. My intention is to send this spirit of love and joy to you. I am for a deeply humanistic „yes to life“. The painting was made during the IV International Chagall Pleinair in Vitebsk, Belarus where I was invited to take part. Araboth or the seventh Heaven is named from the belief that there are levels of heaven, the seventh called Araboth is the most above of God and the angels. (Talmud) The baby pink cloud symbolizes the state of happiness and joy. It is filled up with Spray painted 7, Chagall’s favorite number. The colorful artwork is a symbolic gift to Marc Chagall (7th of July 1887). Let‘s celebrate life as the highest good! Varnished for protection. Certificate of authenticity.

The Magic of Childhood: Bea Schubert's Colorful Rebellion against Everyday Life My artistic expression is a passionate rebellion against the dreariness of the everyday, a manifesto for the joy and wonder of childhood. In my works, I unfold a world where lightheartedness and imagination reign, where colors come alive and hope and courage take tangible form. Each of my paintings is an invitation to be swept away by the power of optimism. They are created to uplift and inspire the soul, to not just dream one's own dreams, but to live them boldly. In my works, you will find a colorful oasis that motivates you to write your own unique story. I want you to feel like the hero of your life, surrounded by a world infused with joy, hope, and boundless energy.
