ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Acrylic abstract landscape on quality 1 1/2" thick gallery wrapped canvas. Evoking feelings of skiing and the snow covered trees and slopes of Colorado. With warm golden tones in the fore ground and bits of bright turquoise as highlights throughout. This was inspired by memories of a trip to Colorado that was brought back to me by a wedding that was on a favorite reality show. The couple was getting married there. the rest is history (this painting).

What medium I use and when, is determined by my subject and mood I want to convey. My paintings are most often landscapes, botanical, or birds. When I would cry as a small child, my grandfather had the best advise. He would say "get the pencil". He did, and that is how my tears left and where my story started.
